Carl got to celebrate a Nationwide win with the fans in Atlanta, but then had to watch it rain for a couple of days as the Sprint Cup race got moved to Tuesday morning.
Considering Carl was going to be racing at 10am Tuesday morning we weren’t really expecting him to call, but there he was right at his regular time!
So we chatted about the upcoming Cup race, the Nationwide win and his visit to the Aflac Children’s Cancer Hospital in Atlanta.
Carl ended up finishing 5th in the AdvoCare 500 when they finally got it in on Tuesday.
