I’m just sooooo darn proud…I got my frist deer ever!!! I had to share a few pics!!! Enjoy!!!!
I was shooting out at the Brady farm in Overton MO with my boyfriend Eric Brady…and I got my first deer ever…an 8 pointer!!! I shot him about 9:10 and as soon as I did a little button buck ran out of the woods and I was able to shoot him the very next second!!! The button buck was 275 yards away (a heck of a shot) and looked like a doe from my stand, but I shot at both one right after the other! The big one is an 8 pointer (soooooo awesome for my FIRST deer)! But Eric and I took him to Bass Pro and got measurements. His antlers scored 102 green score and he field dressed out at a whopping 165 lbs!!!
I also won the Bass Pro competition for first female with a big buck Yay!!! The day doesn’t get much better than that!
