“Help Control The Pet Population. Have Your Pets Spayed Or Neutered.”

Posted by Jamie Mac on September 22, 2013

Scotty and myself recently channeled our inner 1st grader for a great cause.  Check out our “artwork” for No Kill Columbia’s event coming up this Friday called “Art Unleashed.”

The event will be held at Kemper Arena in Columbia.  You’ll be able to bid on artwork done by many local people, and they even got the legendary Bob Barker and Katherine Heigl to contribute their own art.

ART Unleashed is a fun, friendly, and casual event of pet themed art in both silent and live auctions. There will be delicious cuisine from local area restaurants and spirits. Live entertainment will fill the room and adoptable animals will be in attendance from local No Kill rescues. It is an evening to celebrate our beloved pets, and to help those in the future!

Scotty and my attempt to be crafty… Don’t judge, please!  :)

As a 100% volunteer organization, all proceeds will benefit the Spay Neuter Project to open a quality, high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic serving all of Mid-Missouri.  They’re hoping with your generous donations and support, they can reduce the number of animals entering area rescues and shelter locally.
