Party like a Plunge Star. Join the celebration. The Polar Plunge is a huge event filled with music, crazy costumes and lots of fun! You register, create a fundraising page, email your friends & family and earn great prizes.

Registration is open now. Create your own fund raising page, then get your family & friends to sponsor you. In order to plunge, you must raise a minimum of $75 by the event date.

The Bear Essentials
1. The Polar Plunge is open to anyone 10 and older.
2. Plungers use their fundraising pages to raise the minimum of $75.
3. Plungers break records of their own by raising much more than the mimimum to earn cool prizes!
4. Plungers wear shoes and at least a bathing suit (no wet suits allowed). Costumes encouraged!

If you can’t take the plunge yourself, you can still participate by donating to a plunger or by making a donation to the local plunge by clicking here. Every dollar raised at the Polar Plunge supports Special Olympics Missouri, which uses sports as a catalyst to improve the lives of thousands of local children and adults.
