Something new happened this year for the CMA Awards. A couple categories were announced on GMA earlier today. Unfortunately, Snoop Dogg and his buddies Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson and Jamey Johnson did not win Musical Event of the Year for “Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die” (Shocker?!). The award went to Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw for “Feel like a Rock Star”.
Round two of the early announcements was for Music Video of the Year. Even though he won’t be there tonight, Toby Keith picked up the win with “Red Solo Cup”.
We’ll see who wins tonight on ABC at 7:00p as the show airs LIVE from Nashville!
